Carmamom Pods

Our single-estate Cardamom are from the Malabar Spice Mountains where we have our home in Kerala, south India, an area of unique bio-diversity and natural beauty that has attracted and astonished, spice traders and adventurers for millennia. Our Cardamom is hand picked from the plant under the shade of the forest canopy and collected in small batches to preserve their flavour and fragrance. All the produce we bring to you are fresh from our plantation and our farmer friends estates in the Malabar Spice mountains, an area we know, love and are proud to call our home.

We have two types of cardamom

Super Extra Bold: Super sized and super fragrant

Estate Select: More compact but packs a punch equal to the Extra Bold.

Why buy from us? Because we live amongst the cardamom that is shipped out to you. We have been mixing all the spices we have on offer in our shop into our Indian food preparations for years and we think you will love them as much as we do.
